Zambelli ATON 700 Hydraulic Basket Press – 2018

For sale is a Zambelli ATON 700 SS Hydraulic Press in very good condition. Additionally we can include 6 press membranes which only have one light vintage in them as well as a 1/2 acrylic platter that we use for the top of the press as well as a long sheet of acrylic that we use as a pressing shield to avoid spray during pressing.

Anecdotally this fits about 1T of fermented reds (and the pressing cycles are fast and excellent) and about .3 to .5T of Fresh whites, depending on the degree that the fruit is broken down. Total cage volume is about 330L for what that’s worth.

Press is located in Dundee NY, happy to store as long as needed at no additional cost if we strike a deal (indoors and climate controlled) – Asking 7500OBO, particularly open to striking a deal before year’s end.
