Bet the Farm Winery has two (2) tons of Certified Sustainable Dornfelder for sale.  This obscure and unique red grape produces red wine with flavors of blackberry and blueberry and hints of spice and the dark color of Saperavi and the light body and tannin one finds in Marquette or DeChaunac.

The grapes are well-tended through the growing season and are hand-picked at harvest.  Harvest dates historically are around September 10-20 and have generally completed ML by mid-October. Juice yields are approximately 160-170 gallons per ton.
