We are Gilly, a startup creating a new fungal prebiotic for the dairy industry to improve feed efficiency. We are completing a trial at Penn State this Fall where we will be transporting grape pomace from the Finger Lakes down to Penn State. Upon successful results of the study, we are hoping this can open up additional markets for vineyards throughout the Northeast.
