That time of year is approaching – eight weeks of hard work and dedication to the winemaking craft – Harvest! Weis Vineyards is seeking a bright, hard-working, and enthusiastic harvest intern to join our small, passionate winemaking team for the 2025 season!
This is a hands-on, immersive experience offering the chance to work side-by-side with our owner and head winemaker across all stages of harvest. From bin inspections and fruit processing to fermentation management, barrel work, punch-downs, and press operations—you’ll get real exposure to the full winemaking process. Forklift experience is a plus.
We’re a tight-knit team, so flexibility, a great attitude, and a willingness to jump in wherever needed are key!

- Compensation:Paid position, based on experience
- Location:Keuka Lake, Finger Lakes wine region, NY
