We have 740 gallons of 2024 Gruner Veltliner for sale. Picked from our estate vineyard in Hector, NY, fermented in stainless steel, racked off lees and aging in tank, no headspace. FSO2 checked monthly and kept to 0.8 molecular based on pH. It’s 12.2% alcohol and I’d be happy to provide other specs upon request. Nothing wrong with it, we just made more than we need.
