The Niagara Escarpment AVA has limestone-based soils, is NY’s second warmest growing region and produces full bodied wines. We farm without the use of herbicides and do not use Mancozeb or Captan. Our vineyard in Niagara is Certified Sustainable and wines are eligible for the certified sustainable labeling.
