Single vineyard, and one of the oldest plantings in the Finger Lakes in the Seneca Lake AVA (Hector – South east side of Seneca Lake – the heart of the Banana Belt). Western-facing, dry farmed, VSP trained vines in shale soils – leaf pulled by hand for a clean fruit zone and full maturity.
