These Cayuga White grapes are from Tango Oaks Farm in Hector on the East Shore of Seneca Lake in the Finger Lakes Region of NY. They are typically harvested mid to the end of September at 18-20 Brix. If things continue as is weather-wise – these grapes will be spectacular!
Tango Oaks is famous for our farming practices and the gravelly shale terroir of the soils. We grow and care for ALL of our grapes the same way, regardless of whether they are our ultra premium Vinifera or select Hybrids.
This Cayuga has been used for award-winning wines all over the Northeast and Midwest. Available in any volume up to 30 tons. Purchase grapes and pick up or we can ship and/or arrange for juice or wine to your specifications be made here in the Finger Lakes. Or, stay with us at our farm guest house and oversee the production yourself. Shipping and/or winery services are not included.
