As we have purchased a new, faster disgorging line, we’re offering for sale our current set-up for disgorging.
It’s composed of:
A 32 bottle neck freezer manufactured by Durfo
A Grilliat-Jaeger dosage table with 8 spouts
A corker and wirehooder unit, TGF 500, manufactured by Durfo
a manual capsuling unit manufactured by Durfo
Along with a manual disgorging station, in our case composed of two plastic barrels, this constitutes a complete set-up ready to be used. We’re replacing the sleeves for the first part of the capsuling unit, but no additional repairs are required at this time.
The set-up allowed us to regularly disgorge 900 bottles per day.
As all used equipment, it will be sold “as is”.
We have used this equipment, without problems, until we put our new line into use just a few weeks ago.
