Coyote Moon Vineyards – 2018 Frontenac Ice Wine (100 Gallons Available)
A rare small-lot ice wine crafted from estate-grown Frontenac grapes harvested and processed in true cold-weather tradition. While not the classic white varietal often used for ice wine, this 2018 Frontenac delivers remarkable depth, dark fruit intensity, and a natural sweetness balanced by bright acidity. The result is a bold, complex dessert wine with a profile that stands out from conventional ice wine offerings.
This batch has been cared for, cellared, and allowed to mature into a polished, richly layered final product. Only 100 gallons are available, making this a limited and highly focused offering ideal for boutique bottlings or specialty blends.
