150+ cases of traditional method Cabernet Franc 2021 sparkling wine for sale. The wine is currently in bottle, resting in tirage in wooden bins. Approximately 37 cases per bin.

Wine was grown, fermented, and bottled on the West side of Cayuga Lake. Bottled into secondary fermentation in March of 2022. Wine is un-disgorged and currently without a dosage.

Custom disgorging services are available with a separate arrangement.

Bottled in high quality 750ml 900g sparkling bottle with heavy punt. Amber glass, with 29mm closure. Fermented to approximately 3.5 volumes of pressure. Stored in a conditioned, bonded wine facility.

We are very pleased with tasting trials of this wine and it is free of faults.
