Syrah Grapes – Niagara Escarpment AVA, NY Certified Sustainable

Edit 9-16-2024:  Grapes are currently at 20.1 brix, 2.96 PH.  I expect we will end up between 23-24 brix when the acids and sugars are in balance.

2024 Syrah from the Niagara Escarpment AVA, Estate grown, from our Certified NY Sustainable vineyards.    ENTAV certified Clone 471.   The Niagara Escarpment AVA has limestone-based soils, is NY’s second warmest growing region and produces full bodied wines.   We farm without the use of herbicides and do not use Mancozeb or Captan.  Our vineyard in Niagara is Certified Sustainable and wines are eligible for the certified sustainable labeling.
