Cabernet Franc Grapes, Certified Sustainable: Niagara Escarpment AVA

Edit 9-16-2024 – It looks like we will be harvesting at 24-26 brix easily this year.  Grapes are currently at:

Block 1 19.2 brix, 3.016 pH

Block 2: 21.8 Brix, 2.996 pH

2024 Cabernet Franc from the Niagara Escarpment AVA, ESTATE GROWN, from our Certified NY Sustainable vineyards.    ENTAV certified clones 214 and 327.  The Niagara Escarpment AVA has limestone-based soils, is NY’s second warmest growing region and produces full bodied wines.   We farm without the use of herbicides and do not use Mancozeb or Captan.  Our vineyard in Niagara is Certified Sustainable and wines are eligible for the certified sustainable labeling.
