Selling our Monomatic after upgrading to an older but larger bottling line!
2007 Monomatic is a compact bottling line with the following features:
- Fill stage with auto-fill of the reservoir
- Corker with inert gas and vacuum capabilities
- Capsuler with heat/oven (we have never used this but presumed working as it was prior)
- 2 Station labeler capable of up to 4 labels on two rolls (also has a stamper option if you wanted to do that, never used however)
We successfully used this line to bottle around 3000 cases for a number of years. The line can comfortably do some 500-600 bottles per hour depending on the size and state of the wine.
Its incredibly compact, and has some fairly impressive functionality all things considered. The corker and labeler alone present a huge value.
The downsides are that support is weak from Mori, but we are happy to be on call and have printed and digital materials to support the machine.
