Cellar Internship.
Reports To:
Directly to winemakers/ Operations manager
Job Overview:
Experience crush hands on! Join our crew for harvest from late August to November.
Responsibilities and Duties:
This is a physical position applicant must be able to lift 50lbs and be willing to get sticky.
- Crushing grapes
- Clean tanks
- General cellar cleaning
- Equipment and press cleaning
- Using a pump in general terms
- Willingness to listen and learn
Qualifications:
A background in wine is not a must but is a plus as well and understanding of cellar operations.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Able to work standing on concrete all day
- Work outside in varying conditions
- A good attitude
