Our dry heritage cider was grown, pressed, and fermented at our Lake Ontario Cidery in Niagara County.  The cider has a nice golden color and dry apple aroma.  Taste profile is of bitter sweet and bitter sharp apples and has a dry slightly tannic finish.  This blend has won many awards over the years and will make a ideal stand alone product or for adding complexity to an existing cider.  Being aged in 32 degree storage and available for immediate purchase.  Call me directly with any questions.  Scott Donovan 585.944.8824
