Fermented on the skins for 4 weeks. Confirmed done with primary and secondary fermentations. Pressed to tank and settled. Aging in neutral French oak barrels with 25ppm free SO2 adjusted monthly.
All wines are FOB our production facility in totes provided by buying winery. Payment required at pick up.
